As a personal trainer I am passionate about helping you become the best version of yourself. Growing up in Nairobi, Kenya football (soccer) was life. Through sport I discovered my love for physical activity and the benefits I experienced in my mental, emotional and overall health.

 

For the past 7 years I've been working with people just like you helping them move, feel and live better lives. My masters in exercise science ensures that you get the most out of every workout, and your time is maximized, getting you the results you want. Through education, exercise and motivation it's my ambition to lead you to the next step in living your healthiest life.

At SWëT we offer training designed to give you the most bang for your buck. Every movement, rest period, and weight is thoughtfully chosen and prescribed to give you the most effective workout and get you to your fitness goals. 

 

Our mobile training program allows us to accommodate your needs and desires for a comfortable and convenient location. Want to train at your home, a park near by or a private gym? We will meet you there. 

 

Although we focus on physical fitness; your mental and emotional health are key components to a healthy, thriving body. Our workouts and coaching are designed to encourage mind body connection, enjoyment of exercise, and positive mental dialogue. SWëT is on a mission to bring the best training methods to YOU, because everyone deserves to feel like a badass in their bodies.
